BENCHTOP S
BENCHTOP S is a compact designed model based on the application scenario for saving workspace of jobshop.
The
strip cut length (from wire end to stripping cut) is from 0.25 to 6 in,
laser focus to wire tunnel end is 3.48 in, adaptable wire diameter is
from 0.031 to 0.25 in by selection of wire guide set.
This
device is designed for the laser stripping process for organic material
like PTFE, Polyimide, ETFE, X-ETFE, FEP and more, replacing the
traditional wire stripping methods of mechanical or thermal stripping
process.
Performance Design:
*Maintenance
free pulsed CO2 laser source, beam delivery controller with embedded
firmware level in-house design, which perfectly synchronize the laser
focal lens rotary motion.
*Standard configured with 10 Watt CO2 laser source, enhanced greater power laser upto 55 Watt options are available.
*Standard configured with LCS_WS software.
*Customized replacable wire guide set are available for matching the different wire gauges.
*Optional
Single Axis Motion control available for realize T shape or H shape
Cut, make it easy to remove big gauge wire insulation layer.
Safety Design:
*Work
Station designed as CDRH Class I/II compliance, technically block the
employer worker's compensation liability risk.*Workstation preset the
compress air valves and nozzles set, keep the optical components clean.
*Workstation includes anti-FIR radiation view window, ensure no damage the operator eye.
*Workstation designed with fume extraction port, ensure the air quality of workplace.
